How to Order
In the first instance I always recommend ordering a sample so you can see how beautiful my work is. Sample prices vary according to the the design - contact me for more information, and to discuss any bespoke design requests.
Please provide me with full details about your special day. This should include the wedding date, times, location, colours and theme of the wedding and anything significant you would like on the design, along with any other important information.
It is customary to send out one invitation per couple or per household. I would however recommend you order a few more in case you decide to invite additional or alternative guests.
Ordinarily you would also give out one order of service per couple or per household. If it is a church service then you may also need to order additional copies for the choir.
Ordering your stationery
When you are ready to order I will need the date and other details about the wedding, the quantities of stationery required and name of the design you have chosen. I will then send you a Order Booking Form. I will also provisionally book in the production time slots for you as I do get extremely busy over the peak summer months.
Once I receive your signed Order Booking Form I will send you an invoice for 50% of the total order value, which is payable at the time of booking.
Orders won't be confirmed until I receive both a signed Order Booking Form and 50% of the total order.
At this stage you probably won't know the exact numbers for your 'on the day' stationery, however I would base the order on approximate numbers at this stage and then once you have given me final details (at least three weeks before your wedding date) I then calculate your final invoice based on your final numbers.
The final balance is due 1 week prior to delivery of your stationery.
PLEASE NOTE: I recommend that you order your 'on the day' stationery at the same time as your invitations. This is because if a matching stationery order is requested in stages I cannot guarantee the continuity of products, as from time to time my suppliers change their stock.
